Frozen Yogurt Bites! A quick snack idea!

Here's a quick snack idea for your little ones, or even for you! :) You can also use the same method in ice cube trays for your smoothies and it's really nice and convenient!

All you do is take the yogurt of your choice, we used some greek strawberry, and drop it by little spoonfuls onto a Silpat or wax paper if you don't have one. Then just pop it in the freezer until they are frozen! I let them set on the silpat then later transfer them to a ziploc freezer bag. I give the girls just a couple at a time because they do melt somewhat quickly!

Note: I saw this idea on pinterest, but, it didn't link to a source, just a photo that said frozen yogurt bites! Sooooooooo if you happen to know the source go ahead and leave a comment below and I would be more than happy to link up to it! :)
