
All you do is take the yogurt of your choice, we used some greek strawberry, and drop it by little spoonfuls onto a Silpat or wax paper if you don't have one. Then just pop it in the freezer until they are frozen! I let them set on the silpat then later transfer them to a ziploc freezer bag. I give the girls just a couple at a time because they do melt somewhat quickly!
