DIY flavored water!
I am upping my water intake even more as part of my bikini challenge! I am good about drinking my water but here is an idea for when you want to spruce it up a bit! Add fruit to your ice cubes! Either slices of lemon, or pureed! It's simple, it adds a little flavor, and it's better to use fresh fruit than drinking the stuff they sell at the store!
